Salalah: Based on the Royal orders of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Royal Court Affairs will open the tourist track at Razat Sultaniya Farm in Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, from Monday.
The opening of the tourist trail aims to make the farm a destination for visitors who can explore its fields and agricultural areas, tropical and perennial trees, and the diverse crops it produces, including fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and their derivatives.
This is in addition to its agricultural environment, which is managed according to precise technical and scientific standards.
Visitors will embark on a tour on dedicated buses that depart from the outdoor reception hall, accompanied by tour guides who will escort them through several stations within the farm, arriving at the integrated station, which is equipped with a number of facilities.
The Royal Court Affairs Department is keen to prepare the tourist route to provide a rich and engaging experience for visitors, contributing to opening up broader horizons for agricultural tourism, highlighting the importance of this sector and its vital role in the process of construction and development, and its contribution to strengthening the local food security system.
Those wishing to visit the farm can book tickets in advance via the website: https://razatfarm.gov.om, where reservations will be available starting tomorrow, Sunday, August 17.
