Missing child found safe after extensive search in Bidiya Desert

Muscat: Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority responded to a report of a missing child in the desert of Wilayat Bidiya, North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

Field search operations were immediately launched with the support of the Royal Oman Police, Police Aviation, and a number of citizens. After nearly eight hours of continuous ground and aerial search efforts, the child was found safe and in good health, thanks to the coordinated response and joint efforts of all involved.
