Expat arrested for hit and run involving a child in Muscat

Muscat: The Muscat Governorate Police Command has arrested an Asian expatriate following a hit-and-run accident involving a child in the Al Azaiba area earlier this week. According to a statement issued by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the driver fled the scene immediately after the incident.

"Muscat Governorate Police Command has arrested an Asian expatriate who caused a hit-and-run accident involving a child in the Al-Azaiba area earlier this week. Legal procedures are being completed against him," ROP said in a statement.
