MUSCAT: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a telephone call from His Excellency Dr. Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Iran.
During the call, the two sides exchanged views on the latest regional developments, the course of ongoing diplomatic efforts and negotiations, and initiatives aimed at adopting political approaches that help address points of contention in a balanced and fair manner.
The ministers also stressed the importance of ensuring the free and safe movement of maritime navigation.
According to the Oman News Agency, the discussion reflects continued diplomatic engagement between the Sultanate of Oman and Iran on regional stability and security issues.
