Muscat: One person was killed and four others were injured in a road accident in the Wilayat of Bidbid after a vehicle overturned and veered off the road, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.
The ROP Air Wing carried out a medical evacuation operation, transporting the body of the deceased Omani citizen to a nearby hospital.
The four injured Omani citizens were taken by Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority teams to Nizwa Hospital and Khoula Hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
