Muscat: The British capital, London, will host the “Live Oman” initiative on September 21, aimed at showcasing Oman’s urban development projects and investment opportunities to a broad international audience. The initiative will run for several days.
The initiative seeks to establish a direct platform for attracting investors and buyers from global markets, in line with the strategic direction of Oman’s unified promotional identity. It aims to present Oman to the world as an integrated destination offering opportunities for living, investment, tourism and business growth.
Oman enters the event with a range of competitive advantages. It ranks third globally in the Quality of Life Index and is considered among the world’s safest and most stable countries. The Sultanate also boasts more than 2,000 kilometres of coastline and is party to more than 105 international trade agreements connecting it with markets across Asia, Africa and Europe.
The “Live Oman” pavilion will showcase a variety of ownership and investment opportunities, with the participation of leading Omani real estate developers seeking to expand their international buyer base. Featured projects include Sultan Haitham City, Al Thuraya City and Muscat Bay, in addition to promising investment opportunities in free zones.
The initiative adopts an innovative international marketing model focused on directly reaching target markets through business meetings and closed-door sessions bringing developers together with decision-makers in the British market.
More than 55 key locations are being targeted, including private members’ clubs, luxury hotels and wealth management offices in prominent London districts such as Mayfair, Marylebone and Belgravia.
The London edition of the initiative is being held under the theme “Reimagine Your Future”, an innovative concept reflecting life in Oman and its balance between tranquillity, nature, quality of life and growth.
The initiative particularly seeks to attract discerning groups looking for stability and secure property ownership while respecting their cultural privacy.
The efforts are being carried out in coordination with the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in London, which will support protocol arrangements and engagement with British investment stakeholders.
Overall, the initiative represents an urban-focused approach that goes beyond traditional real estate promotion, presenting Oman as a comprehensive global destination that combines security, economic opportunities and sustainable future-oriented development.
