HM the Sultan inaugurates new headquarters of the Internal Security Service in Dhofar Governorate

Muscat : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik , the Supreme Commander, inaugurated the new headquarters of the Internal Security Service in Dhofar Governorate.

Upon the arrival of His Majesty's motorcade, he was received by the Lieutenant General, Head of the Internal Security Service, and a number of the Service's senior officers. His Majesty then graciously unveiled the commemorative plaque, marking the official inauguration of the Service's headquarters.

Thereafter, His Majesty toured the new headquarters, inspecting its facilities and capabilities, and was briefed on the most significant national duties and responsibilities entrusted to it in consolidating the foundations of security and stability. His Majesty commended the ongoing efforts in modernisation, development and keeping pace with emerging challenges across all areas of security work.

At the conclusion of the visit, His Majesty graciously posed for commemorative photographs with a number of the Service's personnel, in lasting memory of this noble occasion.
