Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), represented by the Muscat Governorate Police Command and the North Al Batinah Police Command, in cooperation with the Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations, have arrested four masked individuals of Asian nationality on charges of armed robbery.
According to the ROP, the suspects stormed a gold shop in the Wilayat of Seeb, where they threatened and assaulted employees before stealing gold jewellery and cash valued at more than OMR 150,000.
Police confirmed that all stolen items were recovered, and legal procedures are currently underway against the accused.
