Oman condemns mosque bombing in Islamabad

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman condemned the bombing that targeted a mosque in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad. It offered sincere condolences and sympathy to the Government and people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and to the families of the victims. It also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

The Ministry reaffirmed Oman’s firm stance in rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, and stresses the paramount importance of upholding the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence.
