Expats arrested for possessing drugs in North Al Batinah

Muscat: Two expats were arrested for possessing quantities of marijuana with the intent to traffic them in the Wilayat of Suwaiq, North Al Batinah Governorate, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

"The Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances under the Police Command of North Al Batinah Governorate arrested two individuals of Asian nationality in the Wilayat of Suwaiq for possessing quantities of marijuana with the intent to traffic them, and legal proceedings are being completed against them, " Royal Oman Police (ROP), said.
