HM sends written message to Angola’s President to strengthen bilateral ties

Luanda: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to João Manuel Lourenço, President of the Angola, concerning relations between the two friendly countries.

The message was delivered by Ambassador Ali Said Al Kathiri, Head of the Mission of the Sultanate of Oman to South Africa, during a meeting with President Lourenço at the Presidential Palace in Luanda.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to the Angolan president, wishing him continued health and happiness and the people of Angola further progress and prosperity.

President Lourenço asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and appreciation to His Majesty Sultan Haitham, along with his wishes for continued progress and prosperity for Oman and its people. He also praised Oman’s constructive role in promoting dialogue and supporting peace and stability at the international level.
