Muscat: Vyaniti Yoga celebrated the outstanding achievements of four of its students who brought pride to their respective countries by winning medals at the 1st World Yogasana Championship 2026, held in Ahmedabad, India, from 4th to 8th June 2026.
For over 30 years, Vyaniti Yoga has been one of the pioneering yoga institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, dedicated to promoting authentic yoga, holistic wellness, and excellence in Yogasana.
Founded by Prema Nagesh, the institution has trained thousands of students across all age groups, organized numerous yoga workshops, wellness programmes, competitions, and community initiatives, and has consistently inspired the values of discipline, health, and lifelong learning through yoga.
One of Vyaniti Yoga’s landmark achievements came in 2018, when it successfully organized a Limca Book of Records event in Oman, where more than 500 participants performed 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar together at a single venue. This remarkable accomplishment remains one of the largest Surya Namaskar events conducted outside India and reflects Vyaniti Yoga’s long-standing commitment to spreading the practice of yoga at both community and international levels.
The success of its students at the World Yogasana Championship is another proud milestone in this continuing journey. The main reason for success is not just participation but years of practice .
