Several developmental, social files discussed in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate

Al Dakhiliyah: The Office of the Governor of Al Dakhiliyah discussed a number of priority developmental and social files as part of efforts to enhance local development and expand community partnership.

This took place during a meeting held today under the chairmanship of Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah.

The meeting reviewed ongoing development projects being implemented across the various wilayats of the governorate, emphasising adherence to timelines and intensifying efforts to achieve the objectives related to improving infrastructure and enhancing public services.

The meeting also approved the final lists of eligible beneficiaries from the marriage funds in the wilayats of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, with disbursements scheduled to take place within the next two days.

The meeting discussed the application of the community contribution principle in the mining sector, considering it a targeted developmental tool to support social and economic projects, which contributes to improving service levels and enhancing the sustainability of local development.

The meeting also approved the implementation of the "In the Governor's Hospitality" initiative in the wilayats of Bidbid and Sumail during the upcoming October and November, serving as a direct channel for communication with citizens and discussing their needs.

The meeting reviewed the results of the national platform for suggestions, complaints, and reports "Tajawob," and stressed the importance of continuous interaction with the received observations and suggestions, which enhances community confidence in government services.
